What this app stores, where it lives, and the controls to export or delete it. Plain language — no dark patterns.
What we store
- Your Hireable account identity and email. WorkOS securely manages sign-in credentials, sessions, recovery, and optional enterprise login. This app is invite-only.
- Your interview sessions, scorecards, and prep preferences — so you can resume, see your history, and track readiness.
- If you request a readiness plan, your answers, gap profile, personalized curriculum, name, and email — so the plan can be saved and delivered to you.
- Product analytics and session replay events help improve the app. No selling or sharing of your data, ever.
Where it lives
Everything is stored on Cloudflare D1 (the app’s own database), scoped per user — your records are queried only with your user id and can never surface for another account. Each saved record carries a SHA-256 seal so tampering is detectable.
Readiness-plan email
The readiness email is transactional: we send it because you explicitly ask us to create and deliver your plan. It does not subscribe you to marketing messages. The saved plan link contains a random profile id and never exposes your email or assessment answers.
AI providers
Interview turns and scorecards are generated by the LLM provider selected in the app (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, or your own endpoint). Your prompts and code are sent to that provider to produce a response. API keys stay server-side and are never exposed to the browser.
Realtime observation
Some practice sessions may offer an optional integrity-aware mode. If you choose it, your browser shares only the screen, window, or tab you select with Cloudflare’s realtime infrastructure. Hireable also stores a compact event timeline such as screen-share state, focus/visibility changes, and connection health. These signals are contextual evidence, not an automated cheating verdict. You can stop sharing from the session controls.
Your controls
Export a full copy of your data as JSON, or permanently delete all of your saved interview data at any time.
Deleting clears your interview data; the login account itself is left intact. To remove a guest readiness profile or your account entirely, email hi@samjunior.dev.
