Terms of service
Plain language, like the privacy page. hireable.engineer is an invite-only beta; by creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. Last updated 2 July 2026.
What this is
hireable.engineer provides interview practice tools: code visualizers, drills, and AI-led mock interviews with feedback. It's a practice environment — not a hiring service, an assessment vendor, or a guarantee of any job outcome.
Your account
Access is by invitation during the beta. Keep your credentials to yourself, use one account per person, and give us accurate information. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (see below). You can delete your account and data any time from the privacy page.
Acceptable use
Don't attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; don't scrape or resell it; don't use it to generate unlawful content; don't attempt to extract other users' data. Automated access to public pages is fine within reason (rate limits apply); automated abuse of AI endpoints is not.
AI-generated content
Interview questions, feedback, scorecards, and hints are generated by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete, or biased — treat scorecards as practice feedback, not a professional evaluation, and verify anything important. You own the code you write in the editor; our authored lesson and question content remains ours.
Session recordings
Some interview sessions — for example company trials — can record your screen and session activity to produce a review. Recording only happens when the session says so up front and you proceed; starting such a session is your consent to that recording. Recordings are stored privately and are deletable on request.
Optional realtime observation
An integrity-aware practice mode may let you voluntarily share a selected screen, window, or tab and may record related technical events such as focus changes and connection state. It does not promise to observe your whole device or determine intent. These signals are for review and product improvement, not an automatic cheating verdict. You can stop screen sharing at any time.
The beta reality
The service is provided “as is”, free of charge during the beta, without warranties. Features may change, break, or be removed; we may have downtime; data loss, while we work hard against it, is possible. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us (currently zero).
Changes & contact
We'll update these terms as the product grows and note the date above. Material changes will be flagged in the app. Questions: hi@samjunior.dev.
